	HELP Overview What we offer WatchFlip offers a venue for watch enthusiasts to communicate for the purpose of buying and selling, as well as sharing information. WatchFlip does not take responsibility for any sale of any item. To protect yourself please see our safe guidelines. Help At the top of each page you will see the main navigation bar and the central search bar. These are the areas that will lead you anywhere within the site. To buy and sell you will use the Listings button and the search bar. If you know exactly what you are looking for the search bar will lead you to specific sections of the site. In addition, there are Manufacturer's links on the bottom of the page for direct access to those brands. Register To buy and sell you must first register with WatchFlip for a free account. Once you have an account you may post items for sale or wanted, contact other members, post in the forum and respond to ads. Please click Log In and be sure to read the user agreement before completing the form. Selling Selling your watch or accessory on WatchFlip is very simple. To sell, simply navigate to Listings and use the "Add a listing" link. From there you can enter the details of your item along with pictures. To ensure that your item sells, and to protect buyers, we encourage sellers to post actual pictures of your items. Many buyers are wary of stock photos and they may hinder the sale. Your ad will run for 30 days. Buyer will be able to contact you discretely via email. Buying Buying is made simple on WatchFlip. If you know what specific product you are interested in simply use the search bar from any page. If you know what brand you are looking for use the Manufacturers list from the home page. If you are just browsing use the Listings link. There you can sort by recent listings, hot sales, recently sold, seller, manufacturer, or price . To contact a seller simply use the "contact seller" link on the classified ad. Wanted WatchFlip classifieds also allow wanted ads. You can use the "add a listing" link to post a wanted ad. Fill in the information requested, but be sure to select the wanted option. You can write a description of the item you are looking for, condition, price, and shipping terms. Tips and Guidelines for Selling Your ad will run for 30 days or until sold. Posting actual pictures of your item will greatly help validate the authenticity of your item, along with the serial number. Be truthful in every detail of your item down to dings and scratches. Communication before the sale is critical so there aren't any surprises when the seller receives the item. Please be sure to specify who is paying for shipping and insurance. Tips and Guidelines for Buying If a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is. It is the buyer's responsibility to validate the item and its condition before entering into an agreement with the seller. Be certain that the item you are buying is the exact item you want and in the condition you want. Asking questions beforehand is the best policy. We recommend a phone call between the buyer and seller before money is traded. Be sure to read all feedback on the seller of your item. The use of Paypal and Escrow is recommended but remember that these services do not guarantee the item you are buying. Always be sure to ask for the sellers home address and phone number in the event that you need to contact them at a later date.
